went to preston at lunch with beth rountree. walked down from my office. did weight-loss program on elliptical for 28 minutes, then a 3-min cool-down. then we walked back to my office.
tuesday -- 05/15/07

route: our driveway to the first circle, on to the second circle to pointe, through the apartments, back to our driveway. again, new music helps a lot! :) temp: HOT!
monday -- 05/14/07

route: our house to the circle and back. ran the whole time. new music on the ipod shuffle made a big difference -- more fun to run. :) well, more endurable. ha.
